The room we had included TV with satellite channels, climate control, and an individual safe. A bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus. The hotel has marvellous location close to the center of Palma, a bar close by, and Puro Grand. Spent a nice evening at Calvo y Bigotes, located so close to the venue...

I recently stayed at the Puro Grand in Palma for a few days. The staff was impeccable and the breakfast was great. The room was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The hotel is located in a lovely little back street, just a short walk away from the center of town. The historical old building has been recently restored and has a beautiful courtyard.

The rooms are incredibly comfortable, equipped with a laptop-compatible safe, a mini-bar, and central heating, with a view of the street from the window, and the staff here are outstanding and fantastic.
